All sales are final. Because each piece is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

🪶 Defects: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.

📏 Sizing/Fit: We cannot offer returns or exchanges due to sizing or fitting issues. Please check your measurements carefully before purchasing.

🔨 Repairs: We are not responsible for items damaged after purchase. If your piece needs repair, we can recommend trusted repair services. Please note—repairs typically take several weeks (or longer!), and we are not responsible for the process or for any items lost in transit.

⚖️ Warranty: No warranty is provided on items purchased.
