Black burnout velvet with wine-colored florals and sweeping draped sleeves. The raised floral pattern adds texture against the sheer background, while the relaxed cut keeps all that fabric moving.

I wore it with deep red boots- I'd also wear it with black heels and a stack of vintage turquoise.
