The Velvet Tooled Poncho
This soft dusty blue velvet against the warm brown and tan "tooling" burnout is SO beautiful! The print has the look of vintage tooled leather, but on soft velvet with blue fringe that moves beautifully when you walk.
This is a loose, cape-style poncho top with a wide, flowing silhouette—not a fitted blouse. I love it with the matching Velvet Tooled Skirt for the full look, but it's equally good with dark denim, leather pants, or shorts and boots.
